LIV a No-Show For Sarasota Gig -Wed, August 11,1999:

LIV failed to perform at the Atari Info Center in Sarasota on 18 August in support of its recent limited-release career retrospective cd.

LIV In the Universe member William Francis performed a solo show over the weekend of July 4, 1999 at the All-Star Cafe in Atlanta, while in town to support bandmate Millard Mulch's second show with his latest project, "The Sir Millard Mulch Band". Accompanied only by guitarist Sara Kent on lead guitar, Francis ripped through 11 songs new & old, some from the LIV catalogue and others recently recorded for his second solo album to be released this September. The songs were met by a packed house and lots of interest. The performance was taped to be included on a special "VH1:Behind the Music", to air in about twenty years.

(Special note: This last part apparently didn't happen).
